The project, including administrative units, parking, restaurants, and shops and is located in one of the Tehran’s valuable contemporary contexts. Due to the wide area of the greenery of the Laleh Park and Keshavarz Boulevard, many significant contemporary projects including museums, residential and ministerial towers, hotel and university are formed around it. The strength of greenery has affected the project, therefore, the orientation of the project is influenced by these components and the design strategy is based on domination to the green area.
For social interactions between park and project and inviting park users into the project, the project entrance was placed along the park’s entrance. This method of creation the entrance led to the formation of a dialogue between the park and the project. Since the service spaces for the park's users are low, this project acts as a physically accessible space and may involve people from a range of social groups based on gender, age and ethnicity.
In order to emphasize the visibility and the landscape of the park, as well as the control of sunlight, the northern and southern side of the facade are wrapped up by vertical elements. Element layout made it possible for the southern side to produce texture and shadows in different hours of the day. The space between the elements was allocated to green spaces in the administrative units, which enriches the visual visibility of the city.
